Youngstown State's doubles tandem of Matteo Ceradelli and Dominik Vonbank were named the Under Armour #HLTennis Doubles Players of the Week, the league announced on Wednesday. 

The pair picked up two wins as the Guins improved to 7-1 on the season with victories over Duquesne and Mercyhurst last week.

At No. 1 doubles vs. Duquesne, the earned a 6-3 victory. At No. 2 doubles vs. Mercyhurst, they earned a 6-3 victory.

YSU won the doubles point in both matches. The Penguins beat Mercyhurst, 4-0, and Duquesne, 4-0, to improve to 7-1 on the season and has now won six straight matches.

No. 73 YSU takes on Niagara at home this Friday at the YSU Indoor Tennis Center. First serve is set for 4 p.m.
