The Youngstown State men's tennis team entertains Carnegie Mellon on Friday night at the YSU Indoor Tennis Center. First serve is set for 6 p.m.
The Penguins (2-1) are coming off an impressive 6-1 win over LeMoyne in their lone match last week. The Guins won five singles contests and earned the doubles point in the win over the Dolphins.
For their doubles win at No. 1, Alexis Moulouet and Rafael Le Fur were named the Horizon League's Doubles Players of the Week.
In singles this spring, Oscar Gippet, Le Fur and Alex Woiten are all 2-0.
YSU leads the all-time series by a 5-1 mark, including a 6-1 win against the Tartans last Jan. 24.
