Prajunpanich, Saur Earn Valeo HL Women’s Golf All-Academic Honors

Youngstown State golfers Neeranuch Prajunpanich and Lizzie Saur have each earned Valeo Horizon League All-Academic honors for the 2024-25 season, the league office announced on Monday. Prajunpanich was one of five student-athletes named to the 2025 Valeo Horizon League Women's Golf All-Academic Team while Saur was an honorable-mention selection.
Prajunpanich and Saur each earned Horizon League All-Academic recognition for the first time in their career.
Prajunpanich maintains a 4.00 GPA as a sophomore finance major at Youngstown State. The Samut Prakan, Thailand, native put together a historic sophomore season in 2024-25 that included an individual victory at the Horizon League Championship and an appearance at the NCAA Columbus Regional. Prajunpanich matched the single-season school record with five tournament wins while playing in a school-record 31 rounds. She was named the Horizon League Golfer of the Year and selected to the All-Horizon League First Team.
Saur posted a 3.91 GPA as a business administration major at Youngstown State, graduating with her bachelor's degree this spring. The Grove City, Ohio, native was a two-time Second-Team All-Horizon League selection and was a finalist for the 2025 Horizon League Women's Golf Sportsmanship Award. Saur finished her career with a YSU record 104 career rounds played as she competed in every tournament the Penguins played since she joined the program in 2021-22.
