Onder Balci Named to Valeo HL Tennis All-Academic Team

Youngstown State sophomore standout Onder Balci was named to the Valeo Horizon League Men's Tennis All-Academic Team, the conference announced on Thursday.
Balci is 16-11 in singles play this year, including a 10-8 mark during the spring dual season. This spring he is 9-7 at No. 1 singles. In doubles, he has collected 18 wins, including an impressive 15 in dual matches. He has teamed up with Ethan Dasset to go 12-5 this spring.
For his career, Balci has 39 singles victories to go along with 35 doubles wins.
The Penguins close out the regular season on Saturday night when they play host to Cleveland State. First serve is 6 p.m.
