The Youngstown State women's tennis team closes out the fall season with a trip to California.

First up for the Penguins is an appearance at the ITA Conference Masters Championships for doubles qualifiers Line Greyling and Yeseniia Ovcharova which begins on Thursday. From there, the Penguins head up the California coast to compete at the CSUN Fall Invitational beginning on Friday.

Greyling and Ovcharova are among 30 doubles tandems who will be in action starting on Thursday at the Barnes Tennis Center in San Diego, Calif. The duo is set to compete at 4 p.m. Pacific time against William & Mary's Tilda Larsson and Francesca Davis. The winner of that match advances to play on Friday at 3:30 pm Eastern time.

The Penguins will then head up the 5 freeway to just north Los Angeles, to compete in the CSUN Fall Invitational, which will be held at the Matador Tennis Complex in Northridge.

YSU has competed at the fall event seven times since 2018.
