Rassat, Favier Win Singles Contests at Creighton

Omaha, Neb. – Nathan Favier and Will Rassat claimed singles wins as the Youngstown State men's tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision to Creighton on Friday at the Hanscom Tennis Courts.
The Penguins fall to 3-1 on the season while the Bluejays improve to 5-2.
In singles, Favier earned a 6-2, 7-6 (4) win at No. 1 while Rassat won 6-7 (9), 7-6 (3), 10-5 at No. 5.
At No. 2 and No. 4 singles, the Guins dropped matches in three sets.
YSU concludes its first-ever trip to Nebraska on Saturday with a match against Omaha. First serve against the Mavericks is set for 12:30 p.m. Central/1:30 p.m. Eastern time.
