Moon Township, Pa. -- The Youngstown State men's basketball team dropped an 83-64 decision Robert Morris on Tuesday night at UPMC Events Center.
The Penguins fall to 22-8 overall and 14-5 in Horizon League play while Robert Morris improves to 15-15 overall and 10-9 in league play.
Senior Dwayne Cohill led the Penguins with 18 points while Adrian Nelson scored 12 points and Malek Green added 10 points.
Robert Morris was led by Josh Corbin with 19 points while Kahliel Spear and Enoch Cheeks both scored 15 points.
Youngstown State led by four at the intermission and five, 43-38, before the Colonials went on a 19-0 run to take a 57-43 lead with 12:10 left in the game.
The Penguins were able to cut the lead down to nine, 64-55, but the Colonials used an 11-2 spurt to extend the lead 75-57.
Robert Morris shot 71.4 percent in the second half and, for the game, scored 21 points off of 16 Youngstown State turnovers.
Youngstown State closes out the regular season against IUPUI on Saturday. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. at The Jungle in Indianapolis, Ind.
