Stelter, Jurinovics Finish in Top Eight at Horizon League Championships

Cleveland, Ohio - Youngstown State senior diver McKenzie Stelter was sixth in the one-meter dive while freshman Aida Jurinovics finished seventh in the 400 IM to lead the Penguins on the third day of competition at the Horizon League Championships at Busbey Natatorium.
In the finals, Stelter posted a score of 235.35 to finish in sixth place. Fellow senior Bethany Glick placed 10th with a score of 232.15 in the B Final.
Jurinovics made her first-ever finals appearance at the league meet in the 400 IM. In the final, Jurinovics swam a time of 4:27.81.
In the 100-yard breaststroke, Tiphaine Saint-Gilles placed 15th with a time of 1:04.98. In the 200-yard freestyle, Paris Krug was 16th swimming a time of 1:54.07.
YSU concluded action on Friday night with a time of 3:55.30 in the 400-yard medley relay.
The final day of the Horizon League Championships is set for Saturday.
