Penguins Conclude Regular Season Against Bowling Green, Oakland

Bowling Green, Ohio - The Youngstown State swimming and diving team competed in its final dual meet of the season against Bowling Green and Oakland at the Cooper Pool on Friday night. Bethany Glick earned a win in the three-meter dive for the Penguins.
In the team scoring, Oakland defeated the Penguins 196-98 while the Falcons beat YSU 223-77.
Glick won the three-meter dive with a score of 245.48 in the three-meter diving event. Megan Siford was second in the event with a 241.65 while McKenzie Stelter was fourth with a 218.92.
In the one-meter, Stelter was second with a score of 253.80 while Glick was third at 252.23 and Siford placed fourth with a 232.58.
In the swimming events, Madison Aranda was second in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:06.02 and placed third in the 400 IM clocking in at 4:37.06.
Zsani Csado was third in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:07.60. She was also third in the 100 fly posting a time of 58.82 seconds. Viktoria Orosz placed third with a time of 2:06.03 in the 200-yard backstroke.
The Penguins are next in action on Feb. 24 at the Horizon League Championships in Rochester, Mich.
