Career Highlights: Won the league meet in 2009, finished second in 2011 and was third in 2010. She was named the Horizon League’s Golfer of the Year in 2009 and 2010. In her three years, she claimed six tournament titles overall. She was a model of consistency throughout her career. In 28 career tournaments, she won six times, placed second on five occasions and had 23 top 10 finishes. In 63 rounds played, she set the school record averaging 78.3 strokes per 18 holes.Â
2010-11 (Junior): Named the YSU Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year…Finished second at the Horizon League Championships with a three-round total of 235 (74-83-78)…played in all nine tournaments and 18 rounds…averaged a team-low 77.2 strokes per round…placed in the top 10 at eight of nine events…in the other event she was 11th… earned medalist honors at the RMU Colonial Invitational…had two-round score of 154 (77-77)…placed second at the Dayton Fall Invitational with two-round total of 149 (76-73)…was third at the Sunshine Spring Classic with a two-round total of 157 (79-78)…was third at the Don Benbow Invitational with a two-round total of 155 (77-78)…was second at the Red Flash Invitational with a two-round score of 154 (77-77)…was third at the YSU Invitational with a two-round score of 155 (76-79)…was ninth at the Ball State Cardinal Classic with a two-round score of 149…had a season-low round of 72 at the event.
2009-10 (Sophomore): Named Horizon League Golfer of the Year for the second consecutive year…was one of four Penguins to compete in all 10 events and 25 rounds…was the team’s top-finisher in nine events…finished third at the Horizon League Championships after shooting a 230 (73-77-80)…was named First-Team All-Horizon League and All-Tournament Team…defended her medalist honors at the YSU Invitational after shooting a 77…shot a team-best-three round score of 227(75-72-80) at the Bucknell Fall Invitational…finished fifth at the event…had a total of seven top-10 finishes on the season…averaged a team-low 78 strokes per-18 holes…earned her second letter.
2008-09 (Freshman): Saw action in all 20 rounds and nine events...claimed medalist honors in four events during the season...was the Penguins top finisher in seven events and second best in two...took medalist honors at the Horizon League Championships...fired a 239 (78-82-79) at the league tournament...named Horizon League Player of the Year...also named Horizon League Newcomer of the Year…selected as a member of the All-Tournament Team...also named to the All-Horizon League Team...won the Bucknell Invitational in collegiate debut ...shot a season- low of 147 (73-74) at the event...the round of 73 tied for a team season-low round...finished fourth at the Zippy Invitational...shot a season-low three round total of 231 (75-79-77) at the tournament...claimed second at the YSU Invite, shooting a 79...took medalist honors at the Detroit Titans Invitational...shooting a 152 (78-74) at the event...was victorious a week later at the Robert Morris Colonial Classic...carded a 160 (81-79) at the event...shot a 159 (79-80) at the BGSU Falcon Invitational...finished fifth at the event...had a team best and school record average of 77.8 strokes per-18 holes...named team co-MVP...earned her first letter.
