One of the greatest tennis players ever at Youngstown State, although he played just one season (1947), his mark was made as the coach of the Penguin netters from 1955 to 1971. A fine teacher of the game, he compiled a 102-70-0 ledger as the fourth head coach in this the 45th season of varsity tennis competition.
