1983 | Junior – Started all 11 games at linebacker…finished with a team-leading 159 total tackles…had 13 TFLs, five pass breakups and four sacks…credited with 14 tackles against Eastern Kentucky…had 18 stops against Tennessee Tech…had 12 tackles against Western Kentucky…credited with 12 tackles against Austin Peay…posted 11 stops against UNI…had 20 tackles (10 solos and 10 assists) against Middle Tennessee…picked up 22 total tackles in contest against Akron…had 20 stops against Murray State…picked up 16 tackles against Morehead State.

1982 | Sophomore – Played in all 11 games and started seven times…finished with 63 total tackles, including 32 solo stops…had seven tackles in the debut game of Stambaugh Stadium against Akron…had five tackles against Cincinnati…credited with 10 tackles against Western Kentucky…had six tackles against Austin Peay…had five tackles vs. Middle Tennessee…had seven tackles, including two sacks and a fumble recovery against Western Illinois…had eight tackles, an interception and a sack against Morehead State…returned his interception 24 yards.
