Career Highlights: Rogner won the Horizon League title in 2008, was fourth in 2010 and fifth in 2009. As a freshman in 2008 she was named the HL’s Golfer and Newcomer of the Year. In 87 rounds played, she averaged 79.4 per round, which was the second-best total in school history upon the conclusion of her career. The 87 career rounds were also a school mark at the time. She had five tournament victories while at YSU.

2010-11 (Senior): Competed in all nine events and all 18 rounds…averaged 79.1 strokes per round…earned two wins during the season…had six top-five finishes for the campaign…at the Horizon League Championships, was 16th with a three-round total of 254 (87-83-84)…won the YSU Invitational with two-round total of 151 (70-81)…took first place at the Red Flash Invitational with a two-round score of 152 (79-73)…was second at the one-day BGSU Invitational with a round of 76…was second at the RMU Colonial Invitational with a two-round total of 163 (81-82)…placed fourth at the Ball State Cardinal Classic with a two-round total of 146 (72-74)…round of 72 was a season-low…was 13th at the Dayton Fall Invitational…placed 18th at the Don Benbow Invite…earned her fourth letter.

2009-10 (Junior): Competed in all 10 events and 25 rounds…was the team’s second-best finisher on seven occasions…named The Vindicator/YSU Female Athlete of the Year…shot a team-best 243 (83-80-80) at the Lady Buckeye Spring Invite…finished fourth at the Horizon League Championships by carding a 233 (77-75-81)…named First-Team All-Horizon League and All-Tournament Team…her score of 233 was her season-low three round total…the round of 75 was second best on the team…finished sixth at the Lady Herd Spring Classic (154) and seventh at the NIU Snowbird Invitational (161)…averaged 80 strokes per-round on the season…earned her third letter.

2008-09 (Sophomore): One of four Penguins to see action in all 20 rounds and nine tournaments...took medalist honors at the YSU Invitational...shot a 73 at the event...the round of 73 tied for the team low round...finished in fifth at the Horizon League Championships...shot a (242) 83-75-84 at the event...named to the All-Horizon League Team...also a member of the All-Tournament Team...shot a season-low round 152 (77-75) at the Detroit Titans Invitational...tied for first after 18 holes at Detroit, but lost in playoff to finish in second...claimed fifth at the Robert Morris Colonial Classic...fired a 165 (81-84) at the tournament...was the Penguins top-finisher at the UC Spring Invite...finished in sixth after carding a 230 (75-78-77)...the 230 was a team best for a 54-hole tournament...averaged 79.8 strokes per 18-holes ...named team co-MVP...earned her second letter.

2007-08 (Freshman): Competed in all 24 rounds and all 11 tournaments…named Horizon League Player of the Year...was the Horizon League Newcomer of the Year...had a team-best 78.5 average per 18 holes…took medalist honors at the Horizon League Championships...also won the Loyola Caputo Invitational…was team’s top finisher in all 11 tournaments…finished first at the Horizon League Championships shooting a 230 (78-80-72)...the 72 was her low round for the season...trailed by two strokes entering final round before rallying for title...also took first place at Loyola Caputo Invitational...carded a 152 (76-76)...finished in eighth place at the Cincinnati Invitational...had a three round total of 241 (81-78-82)...carded a two round total of 156 (76-80) at the North South Collegiate...was 12th at the event...finished in sixth at the Grand Valley Invitational...shot a 153 (78-75)...in collegiate debut, tied for second at the YSU Fall Invitational with a 156…opened the tournament with a 76 before carding an 80 during the second round…owned share of the lead after the first round…placed second at the St. Francis (Pa.) Invitational with a 161 (80-81)…came in 62nd at the Great Smokies Invitational with a 160 (79-81)…finished fourth at the Detroit Invitational with a two-round 161 (81-80)…came in 12th at the IPFW Fall Classic with a 154 after shooting back-to-back 77’s…placed seventh at the Dayton Fall Invitational with a 160 (80-80)…finish at Dayton was spearheaded by two eagles...earned her first letter.

High School: As a senior, finished fourth at Division I State Golf Championships...carded an impressive 153 with rounds of 74 and 79 at Ohio State's Scarlet Course in Columbus...Steel Valley Conference medalist last three years...set a school record with an 18-hole score of 71...career average was 77.6 per round...nine-hole average was 37.6...as a junior finished 13th at the state meet with a 174 (86-88)...four-time team MVP...coach was Tim Rider...also played basketball...also won numerous tournaments at the state and national levels...participated in the OGCOA Bi-State Challenge, which is a Ryder Cup-style competition pitting the top high school players from Pennsylvania and Ohio against each other.

Other: Earned a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from YSU…earned a Master’s Degree from Toledo in 2015…has worked for General Motors for the past 10 years…is currently an engineer at GM’s Plant in Parma, Ohio…she is married to Sarah Rogner.
