2014 (Senior)
Competed in three meets...placed 18th in the Disney Cross Country Classic 8k with a time of 25:57.59...battled a leg injury during the season.
2013 (Junior)
Competed in all eight meets…led the Penguins by placing first at the Horizon League Cross Country Championship with a time of 25:41.24…became the first YSU male runner to in school history place first at the conference championships...won the event by nine-and-a-half seconds...helped lead the Penguins to finish second overall at the HL meet…finished first in the Tommy Evans Invitational with a time of 20:23…placed first in the Disney World Cross Country Classic 8k with a time of 25:05.46…finished seventh in the Duquesne Duals 8k with a time of 26:29.2…ran 25:43.19 in the BGSU Mel Brodt Invitational 8k to place sixth…helped lead the team by placing ninth in the Pre-Nationals White Race 8k with a time of 25:01.50…came in 71st at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with a time of 32:21...led the Penguins with five top 10 finishes…was the top finisher in seven out of the eight meets.

Competed and was YSU’s top finisher in all seven events...at the Horizon League Championships, finished 20th with a time of 27:25 in the 8k race...at the Great Lakes Regional, had a time of 33:17 to finish 143rd in the 10k event...was 12th at the season-opening Duquesne Duals with a time of 27:25 in the 8k race...placed 13th at the PSU Spiked Shot Invitational running a 27:12 in the 5.2-mile event...was 15th at the Akron Quad with a time of 21:09 in the four-mile race...placed 60th at the Penn State National running a time of 27:55 in the 5.2-mile event...finished 68th at the Notre Dame Invitational (8k) clocking a time of 26:24.
2010 (Freshman)
Competed in six of seven events ... at the Horizon League Championships, was YSU’s second-best finisher placing 36th with a time of 26:26 ... at the Great Lakes Regional, had a time of 35:04 in the 10k event ... was 22nd at the Akron Quad Meet with a time of 21:10 (four miles) ... was the Guins’ top placer at the BGSU Falcon Invitational with a time of 25:55 to finish 34th ...  was 78th at the Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 26:50 ... was second-best YSU finisher at Iona Meet of Champions with a time of 26:50 ... did not run at Duquesne Duals.

2015 Indoor
Won the 5,000-meter run at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 14:49.68...defended his title in the 5,000-meter run becoming first repeat champion in the event since Butler’s Gary Blackman in 2003-04...placed second in the 3,000-meter run at the Horizon League meet with a time of 8:21.55...placed second in the 5,000-meter run at the YSU College Invitational.
2014 Outdoor
Was the 5,000-meter run champion at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 15:09.25…finished second in the steeplechase at the league meet with a 9:17.45 mark…placed second in the 1,500-meter run at the HL Championships with a time of 3:58.34…received the Men’s Individual Scoring Award following the HL meet...advanced to the NCAA East Prelims and finished 34th in the steeplechase with a time of 9:07.35...set a season-best in the 5,000-meter run at the Raleigh Relays with a 14:22.27 mark…set a season-best time in the 1,500m at the Jesse Owens Classic at 3:53.14…set a season-best in the steeplechase at the Virginia Challenge with a 9:05.41 time…ran a season-best 30:48.81 in the 10,000-meter run at the Coastal Carolina Invitational.
2014 Indoor (Junior)
Won the 3,000-meter run competition at the Horizon League Championships with a running time of 8:32.49…ran a season-best 8:22.89 in the 3,000-meter run at the Penn State National Invitational…won the 5,000-meter run competition at the league meet with a 15:04.01 running time…placed second in the mile run at the HL Championships with a time of 4:12.43…ran a season-best 4:10.82 in the mile at the YSU Invitational.

2012 Outdoor (Sophomore)
Ran the 1,500m run at the Horizon League Championship and finished in eighth place posting a time of 3:59.35...competed in the steeplechase and finished with a time of 9:23.66 to finish seventh...ran the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays and finished 20th with a time of 16:07.84.
2012 Indoor (Sophomore)
Finished ninth in the mile run at the Horizon League Championship with a time of 4:15.76...also competed in the DMR at the HL Championships...placed 13th in the 3,000m run at the Akron Invitational with a time of 9:27.22...competed in the 800m run at the Akron Open and finished eighth with a time of 1:57.74.
2011 Outdoor (Freshman)
Had two top-10 finishes at the Horizon League Championships, running the steeplechase in 9:35.34 to place fourth and the 1,500m in 3:55.23 to take seventh…both were season-best times…won the 1,500m (3:58.58) at the Sparky Adams Invitational and placed 16th in the 800m (2:00.09)…finished 10th in the steeplechase (9:46.00) and 12th in the 1,500m (4:06.47) at the All-Ohio Championships.
2011 Indoor (Freshman)
Placed seventh in the mile run with a time of 4:17.08, competed in the 3,000-meter run and was part of the DMR at the HL Championships.
High School
Set the district and school records in the 800 and 1,600...member of 4x400, 4x800 relay squads...4x800 relay set regional record with a time of 7:50.54...ran anchor on the relay squads...was a four-time All-Ohio selection and two-time NAC MVP...was a two-time state runner-up in the 1,600 (2009 and 2010) and indoor state champion in the 1,600 (2009)...was part of Team Ohio for the Midwest Meet of Champions.
