The receiving records that stand today are standards because when Dave DelSignore played end for the Penguins from 1967 to 1969, he established most of the pass catching standards. A Youngstown OH native, he still ranks in the top-10 in 11 receiving and scoring categories. He is still first in most receptions in a single game (11), having done that on November 2, 1968, at Southern Illinois University, and his 212 yards receiving during a 58-38 loss at home against Roger Staubach and the Pensacola Navy still stands as tops in the category. He currently resides in the Chicago, IL area.
