Career Highlights: Was a member of two Gateway Football Conference championship teams...was a two-time first-team all-conference selection...started all 25 games of his career at cornerback...had 10 career interceptions which ranks 12th in school history despite just playing two seasons...no YSU player has had nine in a career since...finished with 94 total tackles in his career.
2006 (Senior): Named First-Team All-Gateway selection...started all 14 games…ranked fourth on the team with 54 tackles, including 34 solo stops...helped lead the Penguins to the FCS semifinals with home wins vs. James Madison and Illinois State…Penguins were the Gateway Football Conference champions…had two tackles for four yards in losses...second on the team with three interceptions for 45 yards...recorded three pass break-ups, forced two fumbles and one quarterback hurry...named to the 2006 Buck Buchanon Watch List...was top-rated cornerback in Division I-AA by The Sports Network...posted a season-high nine tackles, including six solo stops against Penn State...also tallied a pass break-up against the Nittany Lions...collected five tackles and a pass break-up in a win over Maine...posted six tackles against UC Davis, Missouri State and James Madison...picked off first pass of the season against UC Davis...returned an interception 43 yards against Northern Iowa...fourth-quarter interception against Southern Illinois set up game-winning touchdown...also had five tackles against the Salukis…earned his second letter.
