Ticket Office Information
Location
The Youngstown State Athletic Ticket Office is located on the second level of the North end of Stambaugh Stadium at the Hively Family Entrance. The Ticket Office is easily accessible near the F-80 parking lot, which is along Fifth Avenue across from Farmers National Bank Field. Hours of Operation
- Regular Hours: Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Saturday Home Football Games: 9 a.m. until 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Ticket sales move to stadium gate ticket booths 90 minutes before kickoff.
How to Order Tickets
- Online: Tickets can be purchased online anytime by clicking here.
- By Phone: Call the Athletic Ticket Office at (330) 941-1978 on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to purchase using VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Orders placed less than 10 days prior to a game will be held at Will Call in the Athletic Ticket Office under the customer's name.
- In Person: Visit the Athletic Ticket Office at the north end of Stambaugh Stadium through the Hively Family Entrance. Parking is located in the F-80 lot off Fifth Avenue across from Farmers National Bank Field.
- By Mail: Mail payment and request to: YSU Athletic Ticket Office, 1 Tressel Way, Youngstown, OH 44555.
- On Game Day: For football, individual game ticket sales begin at the Stambaugh Stadium Athletic Ticket Office at 9 a.m. until 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Gate ticket sales around the stadium begin 90 minutes prior to kickoff. For basketball, gates and ticket sales in Zidian Family Arena at Beeghly Center open one hour prior to tip-off.
The Ticket Office accepts cash, checks, money orders, or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover) as payment for all season ticket or single-game orders. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Credit cards are not accepted at stadium ticket booths on game day. All sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Window World Will Call
On football game days, the Window World Will Call booth is the Northwest-most ticket booth (near Gate B) outside Stambaugh Stadium. On basketball game days, Will Call is located in the North lobby of Zidian Family Arena at Beeghly Center near the M-81 and F-82 parking lots. A photo ID is required by each person redeeming a ticket at Will Call due to NCAA Compliance rules.
Policies & Information
- Right to Refuse Service: YSU reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group at any time based upon violations of local, state, or federal law, or university policy.
- Unauthorized Ticket Sales: The sale or resale of tickets on YSU property or outside of YSU events is strictly prohibited and subject to prosecution.
- Lost/Stolen Tickets: Remember that game tickets are like money and should be secured like cash. If your tickets are lost or stolen, call 330-941-1YSU for assistance.
- Guests with Disabilities: Arrangements may be made through the YSU Athletic Ticket Office to accommodate fans who require special seating. Accessible seats and spaces for wheelchairs and companion seats are available.
