2006-07 Indoor (Junior):
Named the Field Performer of the Meet at the Horizon League Championship after winning the weight throw and placing fifth in the shot put ... won the weight throw by 3 feet, 5 inches ... his distance of 60-6 was a personal-best mark and moved him into second place on YSU's all-time list ... also ranks fourth in the shot put with his personal-best mark of 50-7 1/2 at the league meet ... won the shot put and finished fourth in the weight throw at the Akron Open ... earned a total of five top-five finishes in the weight throw and three in the shot put.

2006 Outdoor (Sophomore):
Finished second in the hammer (166-8), third in the javelin (168-9), sixth in the discus (129-11) and ninth in the shot put (43-10) at the Horizon League Championship...his mark in the javelin was a season-best...set personal-best marks of 168-10 in the hammer and 150-4 in the discus at the Campbell/Wright Open...also set a personal-best of 45-8 in the shot put at the Slippery Rock Invitational.

2005-06 Indoor (Sophomore):
Placed third in the weight throw (54-6 1/2) and seventh in the shot put (47-3) at the Horizon League Championship...set a personal-best in the weight throw a week earlier with a mark of 54-7 1/2 at the Kent State Tune-Up...threw the shot a personal-best distance of 49-7 at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup...earned six top-10 finishes in the weight throw.

2005 Outdoor (Freshman):
Finished second in the discus, third in the javelin and fourth in the hammer at the Horizon League Championship...posted personal-bests in the discus (139-8) and the javelin (162-0) at the meet...threw the hammer 147-0 1/4...had a personal-best mark of 155-9 in the hammer at the Sparky Adams Invitational to place fifth.

2004-05 Indoor (Freshman):
Finished sixth in the weight throw with a personal-best mark of 48-11 1/2 at the Horizon League Championship...also placed eighth in the shot put at the league meet (43-1 1/2)...posted a personal-best mark of 43-2 in the shot put at the Western Pa. Championships to place ninth...also placed fifth in the weight throw at the meet.

High School:
Earned three letters and was named team captain once...set the indoor shot put record (50-1) and the sophomore discus record (153-0)...helped lead team to Ohio Capital Conference Capital Division Championship...was a two-time conference champion in shot put and discus...also competed in football, basketball and baseball...was inducted to National Honor Society.

Personal:
Born 9/16/85...son of Tom and Bonnie Lahmon...has one sister (Jeanna)...major is early childhood education.
