2007-08 Indoor (Sophomore): Finished 11th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships, running a personal-best time of 1:58.56 ... ran the 1,000m in a personal-best 2:46.80 at the Baldwin Wallace Mid February Meet.

2007 Outdoor (Freshman): Placed 11th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships (1:59.37) ... ran a personal-best 800m time of 1:58.46 a week earlier at the Campbell/Wright Open to place seventh ... ran the 400m in 51.65 at the Duke Asics Invitational.

2006-07 Indoor (Freshman): Finished 11th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships (2:04.80) ... ran a season-best 800m time of 2:03.58 at the Golden Flash Gala.

High School: Earned six letters and was team captain twice ... was the 2004-05 indoor league and class champion in the 600m...also earned indoor all-county honors in the 600m and 300m ... was the 400m and 800m outdoor conference champion ... was the county champion in the 400m as a senior ... helped lead New Rochelle to three straight outdoor league titles.
