Career Highlights: Ranks fifth in school history in the steeplechase.

2008 Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished sixth in the steeplechase at the Horizon League Championships with a personal-best time of 12:30.62 ... also posted a personal-best 5,000m time of 20:15.09 to finish 18th at the league meet ... set the meet record in the steeplechase at the Red Flash Open (12:56.5).

2007-08 Indoor (Sophomore): Placed 13th in the 5,000m with a personal-best time of 19:33.62 at the Horizon League Championships ... that time was 2:15 faster than her previous season-best ... also finished 27th in the 3,000m at the league meet in a personal-best 11:58.33 ... ran the mile in 6:04.15 at the Kent State Tune-Up.

2007 XC (Sophomore): Scored in every meet ... placed 58th at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 21:05.5 ... was YSU’s top finisher at the All-Ohio Championship ... ran personal-best 5K time at Notre Dame Invite (20:50).

2007 Outdoor (Freshman): Placed ninth in the 5,000m at the Horizon League Championships (20:47.16) ... posted a personal-best 5,000m time of 20:23.93 at the Sparky Adams Invitational ... ran the 3,000m in a personal-best 11:56.13 at the Northeast Ohio Quad Meet.

2006-07 Indoor (Freshman): Ran the 3,000m in 12:27.32 at the Golden Flash Gala ... did not compete after the first meet of the season.

2006 Cross Country (Freshman): Was a displacer the final six meets of the season ... posted a personal-best 5K time of 21:42.28 at the Falcon Invitational ... ran the 6K in 26:22.50 at the Great Lakes Regional.

High School: Was a three-year letterwinner and two-time team captain in cross country and four-time letterwinner and two-year team captain in track for the Pirates...set the school record in the two-mile and 3K (cross country)....finished 15th at the Division III Ohio State Cross Country Championships as a senior (19:35)...also finished 17th in the state as a junior (19:54)...was a three-time First-Team Medina Gazette and First-Team Ashland Times selection...named First-Team All-Mohican Area Conference and All-Patriot Athletic Conference.

Personal: Born Nov. 10, 1987...parents are Rick and Robin Norman...has three brothers (Richard, John and Joe) and three sisters (Tonya, Tasha and DeJay)....major is social work.
