2006 Outdoor (Sophomore): Earned two top-five finishes at the Horizon League Championships, placing fourth in the 1,500m (3:59.71) and fifth in the 800m (1:56.25)...posted a personal-best 800m time of 1:53.64 at the Northeast Ohio Invitational to finish second...ran a personal-best 1,500m time of 3:58.65 at the Sea Ray Relays.

2005-06 Indoor (Sophomore): Finished second and set the school record in the 1,000m at the Horizon League Championship with a time of 2:27.70...also anchored YSU's third-place distance medley relay and ran the second leg of the fifth-place 4x400m relay...ran a personal-best time of 1:54.14 in the 800m at the Kent State Tune-Up to finish fifth...posted a personal-best mile time of 4:17.60 to finish fifth at the Central Collegiate Championships...placed second in the 1,000m at the Golden Flash Gala...also finished second in the mile at Robert Morris and second in the 800m at the Kangaroo Invitational.

2005 Cross Country (Sophomore): Scored in five out of six meets...placed 51st at the Horizon League Championship with a time of 27:17...ran a season-best 8K time of 27:14 at the Notre Dame Invitational...placed 16th at the Mel Brodt Invitational.

2005 Outdoor (Freshman): Placed sixth in the 1,500m with a personal-best time of 3:57.05 at the Horizon League Championship...also finished seventh in the 800m at the league meet with a personal-best time of 1:54.24...posted a personal-best 16:42.92 in the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays...finished fourth in the 1,500m at the Campbell/Wright Open.

2004-05 Indoor (Freshman): Finished fourth in the 1,000m with a personal-best time of 2:30.67 at the Horizon League Championship...posted a personal-best mile time of 4:22.33 at the Akron Open to place seventh...clocked in with a personal-best time of 1:54.45 in the 800m at the Alex Wilson Invitational...placed second in the 800m at the All-Ohio Championship (1:55.73).

2004 Cross Country (Freshman): Scored in his first meet, placing 127th with a time of 28:49.72 at the Spiked Shoe Invitational...ran a season-best 8K time of 27:33 to place 41st at the Central Collegiate Invite...ran a season-best 10K time of 35:02.0 at the Great Lakes Regional.

High School: Earned eight letters and was named team captain three times...set the school record in the 800-meters (1:54.06) and the 4x400-meter relay...helped lead team to the Ohio Cardinal Conference Championship...finished 33rd overall (16:32) at the 2003 Division-I Ohio State Cross Country Championship en route to leading Wooster a third-place finish...placed 17th at the 2002 state meet (16:00)...finished third in the 800 at the 2004 Division-I Ohio State Championship in 1:54.06...placed eighth in the 1,600-meters in 2002 (4:21.58).
