Drops 7-0 Decision at Cleveland
State

The Youngstown State men's tennis
lost 7-0 to Horizon League foe
Cleveland State on Sunday afternoon.
The Vikings swept the doubles and
the singles matches in the 7-0 loss.
The Penguins also had to default the
No. 2 doubles spot at No. 6 singles
due to injury.
At doubles, Scott Kathary and Ryan
Trapp fell 8-4 at No. 1 doubles
while Diego Cerzosimo and Chris
Leson lost 8-1 in the No. 2 spot.
Kathary battled Phil Orno in the No.
1 singles spot falling 6-4, 6-4.
Trapp lost to Ryan Hamming, 6-3,
6-3. At No, 3 Cerzosimo dropped his
match 6-2, 6-4. Leson lost 6-2, 6-1
at No. 4 and Zach Landgraf was
defeated 6-0, 6-0 by Robert Fox.
The men's tennis team will wrap-up
the regular season at the YSU tennis
courts on Saturday against Wright
State. Match time is set for 2 p.m. |
