2016 (Junior): Competed in the final five meets of the year...placed third at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 25:14.4...was a first-team All-Horizon League selection...was part of a men's squad that won their first Horizon League Cross Country title in school history...ran a school-record 10K of 31:20.9 at the Great Lakes Regional to place 34th...in season debut finished first at the UB Stampede with a time of 24:36.5...was an impressive eighth place at the Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 24:44.7...had a time of 25:22.5 at the NCAA Pre-National Invitational...earned his third letter.

2015 (Sophomore): Competed in five meets...finished third at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:48.48...YSU placed second just one point behind Oakland...was a first-team All-Horizon League selection...led the Penguins at the Penn State National Invitational by finishing first with a time of 26:20...took 10th at the Disney World Cross Country Classic with a time of 25:28.60 to help the Penguins take first...ran against nearly 600 runners at the All-Ohio Championships to finish 34th with a time of 25:21.06....earned his second letter.

2014 (Freshman): Competed in all seven meets...placed 15th at the Horizon League Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:34...finished sixth in the Duquesne Duals with a time of 26:37.1 in the 8k event...took 13th at the Disney Cross Country Classic with a time of 25:43.23 in the 8k...finished 12th at the Tommy Evans Invitational 6k with a time of 20:52...earned his first letter.

HIGH SCHOOL: Set school records in the 1,600-meter run (4:24) and the 3,200-meter run (9:21)...as a junior and senior, qualified for the state Division I Cross Country meet...was first runner from Trumbull County to advance to meet since 1999...as a senior, had an impressive 11th-place finish with a time of 15:46.92...finished 40th with a time of 16:02.77 as a junior...following senior year, finished 13th at the MidEast Cross Country Championships, which featured the top runners from Ohio, Indiana and Michigan...placed ninth in the 3,200-meter run as a senior at the state meet...was team MVP receiving the Harigan Award...won the West Point Leadership Award...tabbed the Athlete of the Year at Howland...earned eight letters (four in cross country and four in track and field)...coaches were Dan Libert and Jack Tominey.
