2010-11 (Sophomore): Finished the season with a 10-24 overall mark...in tournament action posted a 7-7 record and won three matches in duals...played 18 matches at No. 2 singles and two at No. 3 singles...beat Niagara at No. 3 singles...wins at No. 2 were against Buffalo and Western Illinois...played in 10 three-set matches...had a three-game winning streak...in doubles play, won seven matches...won five matches with Tariq Ismail and two playing alongside Rodrigo Campos...earned his second letter.

Spring 2010: Finished the season with a 5-10 overall record...was 3-4 in Horizon League play...picked up wins against Detroit, Valpo and Green Bay...dropped a three-setter to Cleveland State...saw action at No. 3 Singles and majority at No. 2 Singles...strong performance vs. Saint Francis (Pa.)...defeated Nathaniel Fleming (SFU) - 6-1, 6-3 in helping Guins to victory...teamed up with Tariq Ismail to defeat Pogue/Fleming (SFU) - 8-6 at No. 1 Doubles...all doubles action came at the top spot in the lineup...finished season with 1-6, 6-4, 11-9 victory against Detroit's Cesar Serrano in No. 2 singles...earned his first letter...joined program in January.

High School: Played for the Daher Tennis Lounge club team...was ranked as high as 12th in the nation in under-18 career...was the top-ranked under-18 and under-16 player in state...coaches were Jose Amin Daher and Leandro Afini.

Personal: Parents are Maria and Luiz Rosa...has a brother...born May 11...major is civil engineering...recipient of the 2011-12 Lester F. Donnell Scholarships.
