2010 (R-Freshman): Named Honorable-Mention All-Missouri Valley Football Conference...also named to the conference's all-newcomer team...played in all 11 games...had 41 punts for 1,698 yards, an average of 41.4 per boot…had six kicks of 50 yards or longer and 21 that were more than 40 yards…averaged at least 40 yards a kick in nine games…placed 15 inside the opposition’s 20-yard line…had a career-long 69-yard punt at Missouri State, which was the seventh-longest punt in school history…attempted a season-best seven punts at Penn State...had six at Missouri State where he averaged 43.2 yards a boot and had two 50-yard plus punts...versus UNI, had five punts for an average of 43.2 yards as well...placed two punts inside the 20-yard line during five contests...had three punts or less six times...the 41.4 average was third best in a season in YSU history…in league play, averaged 41.8 yards on 29 kicks…had a 12-yard rush at South Dakota State for a first down…had two solo tackles (Penn State and South Dakota State)...selected as the HBK Special Teams Player of the Game against Penn State and South Dakota State...earned his first letter.
2009 (Freshman): Redshirted...named Scout Special Teams Player of the Week versus Austin Peay, and Illinois State.
HIGH SCHOOL: First-team All-Ohio Division III kicker as a senior...first-team All-Northeast Inland District Division IV and All-American Conference Red Division selection...made 5-of-6 field goals, including a long of 48 yards...averaged 45 yards per punt...80 percent of kickoffs were touchbacks...made 11-of-14 field goals in career...had a career-long 74-yard punt against Struthers in 2007...was Red Dragons' punter and placekicker all four years...McKinley won conference championship his junior year...earned four letters...coach was Brad Yeager...also played soccer...scored 19 goals as a junior...was a first-team all-district and all-county selection...named second team All-MAC...also first-team all-state in track and field as member of seventh-place 4x100-meter relay squad in 2008...also competed in the shot put...named to the honor roll.
