2008: Appeared in a team-high 19 games for the second consecutive year out of the bullpen... went 2-3 and recorded a save... accumulated an ERA of 8.06, allowing 26 earned runs in 25.2 innings... also struck out nine hitters... had a 4.35 ERA in seven outings against league opponents... had 15 appearances through April 19 before a shoulder injury limited him... earned his first win against Bowling Green despite allowing five runs in three innings (4/1)... also picked up the win at Toledo, throwing 1.1 scoreless innings... recorded a seven-out save at Cincinnati, holding the Bearcats without a hit while striking out two... struck out two batters on two occasions... threw a season-long three innings in back-to-back games against Bowling Green and Valparaiso (4/4)... allowed three earned runs over his first 7.2 innings.

2007: Appeared in 19 games out of the bullpen and set career-bests in innings pitched (30.1), ERA (5.04) and strikeouts (18) ... had a 3.94 ERA in eight relief appearances against Horizon League opponents, which ranked as the third-best among YSU’s relievers ... did not allow a run in five straight appearances that spanned 7.1 innings from April 10 to April 27 ... allowed just one home run, one triple and five walks ... did not allow an earned run in nine outings ... threw 3.2 scoreless innings against Wright State (4/21) ... held Butler scoreless for an inning in the Horizon League Tournament (5/24) ... struck out a season-high two batters on five occasions.

2006: Had a much bigger role on the squad as a sophomore, appearing in 12 more games and throwing 17 more innings ... went 1-3 with an ERA of 6.39 ...appeared in a career-high 20 games, which ranked third on the team ... did not allow a run in 13 of his 19 relief appearances, including a stretch of 10 straight scoreless outings that spanned 16 innings ... walked only three batters ... had a 3.42 ERA out of the bullpen ... earned his first career victory by throwing 1 1/3 scoreless innings at Xavier (3/18) ... threw a career-high three innings against Cleveland State (4/11) ... also made his first career start at Morehead State (3/15).

2005: Made eight appearances and finished with a 5.19 ERA in 8 2/3 innings ... did not allow a run in his first four innings ... did not allow an earned run in five appearances and held opponents scoreless in four ... threw a shutout inning twice against Missouri (3/12, 3/13), West Liberty (3/22) and Pittsburgh (5/18)...struck out two hitters against West Liberty (3/22) and Akron (4/6).

High School: Was a three-year letterwinner ... was a first-team All-OVAC and all-district selection ... named to The Intellingencer All-Valley baseball first-team and the Herald Star All-Area first-team ... recipient of Joe Prest Student-Athlete Award.
